Convenient! Type HP™ Tandem Pack™

Type HP™ Cleaner/Degreaser is an excellent alternative to 1,1,1 trichloroethane and other chlorinated solvents, but it evaporates much slower. The Type HP™ Tandem Pack™ is the answer.

The Type HP™ Tandem Pack™ contains two individually sealed, clean, non-linting, tear-resistant towelettes. One wipe is lightly saturated (non-dripping) with Type HP™ Cleaner/Degreaser for many uses in electrical and communications cleaning. The other wipe is dry, and is used to wipe excess cleaner off components after the cleaning process to help speed the rate of evaporation.

Type HP™ Cleaner/Degreaser also comes in a variety of other packages for convenient use, including bulk packages, aerosol spray cans, trigger sprayers, small containers, cable splicing prep kits, and towelettes. Additional dry wipes are available separately by the box.

Type HP™ Cleaner/Degreaser has a low level of toxicity. Unlike 1,1,1, trichloroethane, it does not form vapors quickly. As with any solvent, ventilation should be sufficient to keep vapors at safe levels. Type HP™ Cleaner/Degreaser is a combustible liquid, but with a high flash point. It should not be used for high temperature cleaning or exposed to fire or flame. Good industrial hygiene practice and appropriate precautions should be employed during use.
