Polywater has received an important letter of approval for its Solar Panel Wash (SPW) from SolarWorld Americas, Inc., a leading manufacturer of photovoltaic solar modules. The letter details the nature of its testing methods and results: SolarWorld Approval of SPW. We quote the key take-aways below:

"To whom it may concern, American Polywater Corporation’s Polywater® Solar Panel Wash SPW™ has been tested with SolarWorld photovoltaic solar modules under the accelerated test procedure outlined below ...

Results
Test performance was compared to their original manufactured performance. Polywater® Solar Panel Wash SPW™ did not have any appreciable effect on the module performance, antireflective glass coating or frame anodized coating.

Conclusion
When used as directed by American Polywater their Solar Panel Wash SPW™ is not an exclusion to the standard SolarWorld warranty. --SolarWorld Americas, Inc."

SolarWorld bills itself as "America's largest solar manufacturer since 1975." This approval letter should help make selling the product much easier. We hope to add more such approvals in the future as we strive to document the excellent compatibility and performance of SPW on solar panels.
