Polywater now has a special NAED RepFiles app that electrical distributor members can download for free. This special edition app is intended for NAED and NEMRA members to securely deliver files to distributors’ mobile devices and computers. Distributors can access up-to-date content from different manufacturers or sales agencies from one location under one uniform system at no cost to the distributor. It uses a Single Sign On feature, which requires each user to register for a free RepFiles account at www.RepFiles.net. Having our app on the NAED site provides added credibility and excellent exposure. Set-up requires distributors to first request download information, so we control who signs up. Only access to our sales and marketing information area is allowed. Polywater's up-to-date package of sales and marketing collateral is then available 24/7. Registered users can access materials from the cloud and choose to store them locally for instant access, with or without internet connection. The app is a free download and is currently compatible with iOS and Android mobile devices (smartphones and tablets). There's also no charge for users to access content distributed through the app. Response to the new Polywater Distribution Plugin has been great, with comments like: "It's so exciting. Thank you! It's syncing status now." and ... "Thank you! I'm having fun specifying Polywater. I've represented some great manufacturers, but only learned about your products early this year. The engineers and contractors are receiving them quite enthusiastically! Your marketing materials are quite helpful, especially the samples, binders, and YouTube videos." The Polywater NAED RepFiles app is something you should promote when you're with distributors. The more distributors we have signed up, the better. We can send distributor employees of your choosing an invitation to download the app. All we need is their name and e-mail for setup in the system. The registration process is simple, with a written set of instructions to follow. It takes just a minute to do. Remember that this app has all of our videos, literature, tech documents, msds sheets, price sheets, and how-to-sell sheets. You can now send any document or present any of our Polywater products to your customers anytime. |
