          | Whether it was because FST Foam Duct Sealant is such an incredible product; or because Polywater employees are so motivated as owners in the company ESOP Plan that they excel in customer service; or because Sharon Hindahl, Sheri Dahlke and Ron Raedeke are simply superior human beings, a customer was inspired to write the following testimonial regarding sealing methane gas out of the Catasauqua Waste Water Treatment Plant in York, Pennsylvania: "Dear Sir, I was asked to resolve an existing field condition that I had never addressed before. We had existing underground pipe chases and electric conduits with existing cables that need to be sealed to eliminate the migration of gases from a Class 1, Division 1, Groups C & D atmosphere. I was impressed with your online information that indicated your material is designed for this type of application. I was even more impressed when I telephoned your company and got to talk to Sharon Hindahl. She is a great resource with the patience to walk me through the application requirements. Some of the design parameters are out of the normal so I’m being put in touch with Ron Raedeke to make sure we get the installation correct. Sheri Dahlke is handling my contact information to have Ron contact me. I’m sending you this e-mail to let you know how well these people perform their jobs and represent your company. In these days a company like yours with support staff you can talk to directly is a rarity. I do this kind of work all the time and I see numerous applications where we will be specifying your product. Our company looks forward to working with you into the future. Respectfully," --Bill Ramage, Paragon Engineering Service |
