A Weekly Summary of Polywater® News of Incredible Importance
Issue #729

From the German word "blitzkrieg"--meaning "lightning war"--we get the English colloquialism "blitz." It has several meanings:
  1. A violent and sustained attack, especially with intensive aerial bombardment
  2. A sudden intensive attack or concerted effort, as in an advertising campaign
  3. A defensive charge on the quarterback in American football
Polywater is currently applying definition #2 in an all-out advertising blitz to boost awareness and demand of FST Foam Duct Sealant.

First, we sent out our Technical Talk Newsletter via email this week to a list of 14,300 subscribers. The topic was FST. Then come spot ads in Electrical Contractor Magazine and the NECA Show Guide for the trade show at the end of September. FST then appears in Electrical Wholesaling Magazine in October. Polywater is featured there in an article focusing heavily on FST, with FST promotional spots placed nearby.

There's a video link in the newsletter on FST application. Reps should forward this to their own lists to make it go viral. We'll place this on Facebook and "tweet" about it in a blog. Finally, we'll send this out to a special contact list from Consulting Specifying Engineer shortly.

FST sales are already soaring, but we've set pretty lofty goals. If this advertising blitz doesn't put us over the top, we may have to resort to definition #1. Help prevent World War III. Sell FST Foam.

If you see any quarterbacks, feel free to knock them down too.
