A Weekly Summary of Polywater® News of Incredible Importance
Issue #638

PR Release on FST™ Foam Duct Sealant.
The geniuses in Polywater's marketing department relentlessly prowl the shadowy recesses of the print media for product promotional opportunities. An example of success is the free PR spot for FST Foam Duct Sealant on page 15 of the December Pacific Southwest issue of Electrical News, which ships out to over 20,000 contractors, subscribers, and distributors. Imagine that kind of exposure in your territory. We've found that a local agent often has more influence with regional publications than the stuffed shirts here in our office. If you have free promotional opportunities in your area, feel free to copy and paste the following text for submission:

American Polywater Corporation’s
Polywater® FST-250 Foam Duct Sealant

"Polywater® FST-250 sealant is a two-part, high-expansion “closed cell” foam that is superior to duct putty and aerosol canned foam. Unlike putties and canned foams, high-performance FST™ foam seals out gases, holds up to 15 feet of water head pressure, and will not dry out or sag over time. Aerosol canned foams are typically “open-cell” foams that take up volume designed for insulation but can’t hold back water head pressure. Polywater® FST-250 keeps water, sewer gases, and critters out of vaults, manholes, converter boxes, light boxes, and switchgear by effectively sealing conduit entrances. FST™ is also effective for sealing the tops of riser poles to keep out squirrels. The FST-250 kit contains enough material to seal up to five 2” ducts. The cured foam is semi-permanent and can be removed. To see the FST™ application video and technical information please visit www.polywater.com/ductseal.html."

We have numerous images to chose from and can also rework the text to fit word count limitations or flavor it with different market-specific keywords. Let us know how we can help.

The Friday Fax Editor's Joke of the Week
The Joke
More Words to Live By.   1) Roseanne: The day I worry about cleaning my house is the day Sears comes out with a riding vacuum cleaner. 2) Richard Jeni: I think that's how Chicago got started. A bunch of people in New York said, "Gee, I'm enjoying the crime and the poverty, but it just isn't cold enough. Let's go west." 3) Johnny Carson: If life was fair, Elvis would be alive and all the impersonators would be dead. 4) Paul Rodriguez: Sometimes I think war is God's way of teaching us geography. 5) Jerry Seinfeld: My parents didn't want to move to Florida, but they turned sixty, and that's the law. 6) Warren Hutcherson: In elementary school, in case of fire you have to line up quietly in a single file line from smallest to tallest. What is the logic? Do tall people burn slower? 7) Oscar Wilde: Bigamy is having one wife/husband too many. Monogamy is the same. 8) Mae West: Marriage is a great institution, but I'm not ready for an institution yet.
