A Weekly Summary of Polywater® News of Incredible Importance
Issue #557

New edition of the Technical Talk Newsletter issued.
Technical Talk Newsletter
The latest Technical Talk newsletter went out in recent weeks to many thousands of email recipients.   The Current Issue of the publication, covering both electrical and communications topics, includes a "white paper" on a new mode in the Pull-Planner 3000 that allows a pushing force in cable pulling tension calculations.   It also features a "Product Spotlight" article on the suitability of SpliceMaster® Cleaners for the burgeoning wind energy market.   Another "Product Spotlight" chronicles our research on the superior performance of Polywater® +Silicone Type NN in ducts with water present.   And finally, it includes a lab report on FST Duct Sealant in comparison to other products, such as putty and one-part foams.   This is excellent technical material that separates APC from other manufacturers.   It's worth confirming that your contacts are on the mail list.   Our list is large, but we know we're missing a huge number of potential recipients.

New Polywater safety training video for factory workers.
We recommend that all Polywater agents take 5 minutes to view this YouTube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtHMwkDWUT0.   We use it as a safety training video at the factory to teach all new production employees what to expect in the event of a lubricant spill.   We don't know precisely what lubricant is being used in the video, but from experience we know that it is essentially the same as Polywater A (seriously!).   We hope you enjoy the show, and remember to be very, very careful out there if you ever spill some Polywater!

The Friday Fax Editor's Joke of the Week
The Joke
The Haircut.   One day a florist goes to a barber for a haircut.   After the cut he asks about his bill and the barber replies, "I cannot accept money from you; I'm doing community service this week."   The florist was pleased and left the shop.   When the barber goes to open his shop the next morning there is a thank-you card and a dozen roses waiting for him at his door.   Later, a cop comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill, the barber again replies, "I cannot accept money from you; I'm doing community service this week."   The cop is happy and leaves the shop.   The next morning when the barber goes to open up there is a thank-you card and a dozen donuts waiting for him at his door.   Later that day, a college professor comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill, the barber again replies, "I cannot accept money from you; I'm doing community service this week."   The professor is very happy and leaves the shop.   The next morning when the barber opens his shop, there is a thank-you card and a dozen different books, such as "How to Improve Your Business" and "Becoming More Successful."   Then, a Congressman comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill the barber again replies, "I cannot accept money from you; I'm doing community service this week."   The Congressman is very happy and leaves the shop.   The next morning when the barber goes to open up, there are a dozen Congressmen lined up waiting for a free haircut.
