BonDuit® is addictive.
Urgent Warning!   BonDuit® Conduit Adhesive use may be habit-forming.   Debbie Williams, outside salesperson with Utility Sales Associates, APC's representative in Michigan, sent in the following testimonial from communications contractor, Amcomm Telecommunications: "I need pricing on your BonDuit stuff.   You gave me those samples and it was like crack ... you got my boys addicted now and they can’t live without it." --John Ramonaitis, Vice President.   Be like Debbie.   Make the big score.   Be the local BonDuit pusher in your neighborhood.

How to sell Grime-Away™ Multipurpose Wipes.
Ten ways to sell Grime-Away™ Multipurpose Wipes:
  1. Know what Grime-Away is: Read the Flyer.
  2. Look for competitors (especially Scrubs®).   That's a sure sign of sales potential.
  3. Target buying group affiliate distributors ... who should be anxious to replace their no-rebate wipes!
  4. Know the uses: hands, tools, vehicles, transformers, machinery, work surfaces, etc.
  5. Set a goal.   Meet with your Regional Manager and agree on a list of targets.   Then execute!
  6. Grime-Away wipes are better than the competitors'.   Sample wipes prove this better than anything.
  7. The wipes are excellent for prepping transformer leak repairs.   Sell in conjunction with PowerPatch!
  8. Visit purchasing agents and ask to be listed as a "secondary vendor" for hand and tool cleaners.
  9. Ask to add a case to distributor orders.   Add-ons help meet freight allowance and volume pricing.
  10. APC will match most prices.   We're competitive, but with good intelligence, we'll do better.   Call!

The Friday Fax Editor's Joke of the Week
The Joke
Base Price.   There was a farmer who had recently bought a truck and found that "base price" was only the beginning.   Once the salesman had added on all the extras--towing package, toolbox, hitch, etc.--the price was quite a bit higher.   Well, by a strange turn of fate, that same salesman stopped by the farmer's place one day to buy a cow.   The dealer examined the herd, picked out a likely specimen, and asked about the price.   "That's a hundred-dollar cow," said the farmer.   "That's fair enough," said the salesman, "I'll take her."   "Well now, that's only the base price," the farmer added, getting out a pencil and paper.   "There are one or two extras, of course."   He made a few notes and handed the paper to the dealer.   Here is the final invoice ... Basic cow: $100;   Two-tone exterior: $45;   Storage compartment and dispensing device: $60;   Four spigots at $10 each: $40;   Genuine cowhide upholstery: $75;   Dual horns at $7.50 each: $15;   Automatic fly-swatter: $35;   Total: $370.
