Issue #538

Draka Cableteq is a big advocate of BonDuit Conduit Adhesive for their cable-in-conduit products.
Draka Cableteq is a huge advocate of BonDuit Conduit Adhesive for their "Ducted Systems," which include cable-in-conduit (CIC), LSZH duct, and numerous other conduit types.   These involve a lot of polyethylene, which is why Draka is so enamored with BonDuit.   It helps them overcome a big sales obstacle when selling CIC: how to make the transition from polyethylene duct to PVC or steel.   BonDuit works so well for this, it helps them sell CIC products for street lighting, parking lot lighting, and airport runway lighting projects.   Their sales force actively promotes BonDuit with field demos, distribution of literature, and verbal recommendations.   If they do it, shouldn't you too?   BonDuit is the fastest-growing product in the Polywater line, with applications in all market sectors.   With the support of large companies such as Draka, it's easy to see why.   One way to find sales prospects is to ask local distributors about their sales of HDPE duct.   If Deep Throat was still alive, he'd say "Follow the polyethylene."

The Friday Fax Editor's Joke of the Week
The Joke
More Jeff Foxworthy.   You might live in Minnesota If ...   1) You can drive 65 mph through two feet of snow during a raging blizzard without flinching.   2) You see people wearing hunting clothes at social events.   3) You install security lights on your house and garage and leave both unlocked.   4) You think the major food groups are beer, fish, and venison.   5) You carry jumper cables in your car, and your girlfriend knows how to use them.   6) There are seven empty cars running in the parking lot at Mill's Fleet Farm at any given time.   7) You design your kid's Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit.   8) Driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow.   9) You know all four seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter, and of course, road construction.   10) You can identify a southern or eastern accent.   11) Your idea of creative landscaping is a plastic deer next to your blue spruce.   12) "Down South" to you means Iowa.   13) You know "a brat" is something you eat.   14) You find -10 degrees "a little chilly."
