A Weekly Summary of Polywater® News of Incredible Importance
Issue #478

Polywater® representative re-education camp.
Polywater® Re-education Camp
APC extends an open invitation for all Polywater® representatives to visit the factory when in the vicinity for specialized product training.   The Office of Technical Authority has created an extensive menu of options in its Curriculum, which it dubs "Tailored Über-Tech Onsite Re-education," or TUTOR for short.   The TUTOR program allows training to be tailored to your most pressing need.   The training and demos reviewed can be general in nature, or specific to a single characteristic of one product package.   If you plan to visit, please review this menu with your AE and select the topics you wish to cover.   Then provide at least Three Day's Notice to allow time to spruce up the camp and bury failed students.   It's important for you to stay abreast of all the latest Polywater news and technology, lest your factory representative recommend you for compulsory re-education.   You will enjoy your visit to Minnesota.   We recommend January for the snowy vistas and low humidity.

Jim Krepper of EBR.
Jim Krepper
A leading candidate for APC's agent re-education program is Jim Krepper of EBR, Inc. in Houston, TX, shown here purportedly dressed for a Halloween celebration.   We're worried about Jim.   He asserts that "it's only a costume," a dubious claim that must be studied more closely in the controlled environment of APC's laboratory under the watchful eyes of the Minister of Technical Authority.   Obviously it has become necessary to answer the question of whether Jim "has his mind right."   Barely discernable on the bookshelf to the right is a can of Polywater's Type CG Cold Galvanizing Spray with the old-style label.   We must determine whether Jim is actually trying to sell this product--or divine psychoactive ingredients from the inhalants.   Jim is asked to report to camp at his earliest convenience, where he will learn sales tips and appropriate uses for CG after he's issued more suitable attire.   Jim will be ... groomed ... for future sales success.

The Friday Fax Editor's Joke of the Week
The Joke
Yet More Idiots.   1) A guy walked into a little corner store with a shotgun and demanded all the cash from the register.   After the cashier put the cash in a bag, the robber saw a bottle of Scotch that he wanted on a shelf behind the counter.   He told the cashier to put it in the bag as well, but the cashier refused, saying, "I don't believe you're over 21."   The robber said he was, but the clerk still refused to give it to him, saying he didn't believe him.   So the robber took his driver's license out of his wallet and gave it to the clerk.   The clerk looked it over and agreed that the man was in fact over 21, and he put the Scotch in the bag.   The robber then ran from the store with his loot.   The cashier promptly called the police and gave the name and address of the robber that he got off the license.   They arrested the robber two hours later.   2) A pair of Michigan robbers entered a record shop, nervously waving revolvers.   The first one shouted, "Nobody move!"   When his partner moved, the startled bandit shot him.   3) A guy wanted some beer pretty badly.   He decided that he'd just throw a cinder block through a liquor store window, grab some booze, and run.   So he lifted the cinder block and heaved it over his head at the window.   The cinder block bounced back knocking him unconscious.   It seems the liquor store window was made of Plexi-Glass.   The whole event was caught on videotape.
