A Weekly Summary of Polywater® News of Incredible Importance
Issue #467

Type GP™ Cleaner/Degreaser is a good choice for silicone grease.
GP?
The initials "G.P." typically conjure images of green-frocked General Practitioner doctors slipping on rubber gloves as they eye you with strange anticipation.   But to Polywater® representatives like you they should mean Type GP Cleaner/Degreaser.   Lesser-known Type GP has quietly grown to be one of APC's most popular solvent options for both telcom and electrical end use.   It's an excellent cleaner for silicone grease and removing labels, among other things.   As we've often said, there is no perfect cleaner; solvent choice is a matter of trade-offs.   GP is a good choice for end users who want faster evaporation than Type HP and lower price than Type NF--but can live with a low flash point.   GP evaporates rapidly and leaves no residue, while exhibiting excellent solvency power on silicone and hydrocarbon greases, fluxes, varnishes, shield picks, adhesives, hand grime, and other organic soils.   GP is non-ozone depleting and non-carcinogenic.   It's available in numerous packages, from individual wipes to 55-gallon drums.   Your prospects will appreciate the fast evaporation without having to ... um ... bend over for the price.

Type TR Trichlor Replacement wipes are one APC's most popular products.
Type TR
And if we told you that the second best selling package in APC's catalog of many hundreds of products was not a cable pulling lubricant, would you be surprised?   Don't lie.   It's true.   The TR-1L Trichlor Replacement Wipe enjoys explosive sales growth--and no wonder!   This powerful little saturated wipe is as close to trichlor as it gets--with no ozone damage!   It evaporates fast with no flash point and no residue.   It's also non-flammable, non-conductive, non-carcinogenic, and non-chlorinated--all the good stuff!   It's even affordable in towelette form (and now available in aerosol too).   There are still devoted trichlor and ex-trichlor users out there.   This stuff's for them.   Analyze your Polywater sales.   If Type TR doesn't represent a huge chunk of the total (telcom or electrical), you're missing a boatload of potential commissions.

The Friday Fax Editor's Joke of the Week
The Joke
Lawyer Joke.   A very successful lawyer parked his brand new Lexus in front of the office, ready to show it off to his colleagues.   As he got out, a truck came along too close to the curb and completely tore off the driver's door.   Fortunately, a cop in a police car was close enough to see the accident and pulled up behind the Lexus, his lights flashing.   But, before the cop had a chance to ask any questions, the lawyer started screaming hysterically about how his Lexus--which he had just picked up the day before--was now completely ruined and would never be the same, no matter how the body shop tried to make it new again.   After the lawyer finally wound down from his rant, the cop shook his head in disgust and disbelief.   "I can't believe how materialistic you lawyers are," he said.   "You're so focused on your possessions that you neglect the most important things in life."   "How can you say such a thing?" asked the lawyer.   The cop replied, "Don't you even realize that your left arm is missing?   It got ripped off when the truck hit you!"   "Oh, my god!" screamed the lawyer.   "My Rolex!"
